Dr. Andra Barton
Dr. Andra Barton is an accomplished leader, educator, and advocate for workplace wellness with over two decades of experience guiding high-performing teams and transforming organizational culture. With a background as a principal, nonprofit founder, and executive coach, she has dedicated her career to helping people and organizations thrive through connection, purpose, and shared responsibility.
In 2017, Dr. Barton founded Chance to Soar, a nonprofit committed to empowering educators and strengthening schools through grants, research, and leadership development. Her passion for improving workplace wellness and creating supportive environments where individuals can flourish drives her mission to make a measurable, human-centered impact in education and beyond.
A national speaker and trusted advisor, Dr. Barton continues to inspire others to lead with empathy, resilience, and authenticity, reminding everyone that real success starts with kindness, connection, and joy in the work we do.
Kendley Platt
Kendley Platt is a compassionate leader and changemaker dedicated to making kindness contagious. A student at Westlake Academy and recipient of the Presidential Volunteer Service Award, Kendley has spent hundreds of hours serving her community through hands-on initiatives and leadership roles in organizations like the National Charity League and National Honor Society.
Her passion for helping others inspired her to co-found and chair the advisory board Your Kindness Counts, a nonprofit dedicated to spreading kindness through anonymous community service projects that uplift individuals and strengthen communities. From organizing local charity drives to supporting rescue workers after the 2025 Texas floods, Kendley leads with empathy, creativity, and a deep belief that small acts of kindness can create lasting impact.
Outside of her nonprofit work, Kendley is a scholar-athlete, team captain, and international student leader who strives to embody integrity, compassion, and purpose in everything she does.
